bolt holes don't line up, I had to cut the up pipe section off to get it into place the flanges don't seem to be inline with each other ill never buy from this company again they said it fits my motor and its clearly poorly made very displeased with this product
First off they sent me the wrong headlights and then told me I pay for my owe shipping back. They state I needed to take pictures of the box, label and headlights it self to make sure they sent them to me. This is the worst THIRD PARTY COMPANY EVER. There are other THIRD PARTY companies out here and they don't do that to you. hey do not respond to emails! Bait / sell /switch item.....paid $22.00 for KOSHIN bulbs in 3000K, sent me HOD bulbs marked on box as being 6000K and ones sent sell for $6.00 on Ebay....I didnt want the El Cheapo Delux Ones that fog up inside of headlights with smoke!! Transaction now In paypal dispute - what was sent is clearly not what purchased...LIke purchasing a Sony TV and being sent a Walmart Special. Will write back on the outcome. Mean time folks.......do you feel lucky ?!
This purchase was difficult. As a company, we practice centralized purchasing to help control costs and increase efficiency. However, ProTuningLab does not seem to understand that the shipping address and billing address can be different and the order still be legitimate. Poor thinking seems to be at the heart of their decision making. No wonder the price is so low. They don't provide the service required for customers to pay more.
I ordered a set of LED Headlights for my Husband's 2002 Ford F-250 for his birthday. Big mistake and will never order from them again. The first time it rained after he installed them one of them started leaking. It's full of water and condensation. When I contacted ProTuning Lab I was told this was due to the conditions I live in and it's normal. Then they told me to remove the headlight, drag my blow dryer outside and dry the headlight. June of 2016 I ordered a hid kit and paid extra for lifetime warranty. I had a ballast go out. Sent an email with no response until I called. Was told since it had not been a year yet all I had to pay was $8 shipping. The ballast only cost $12.99 with free shipping. I guess I wasted $19.99 for lifetime warranty. 210983
I ordered $500 worth in tail lights and headlights 3 months ago. All have failed. They don't stand behind any of their products, period. Don't respond to voicemail or email. Total ripoff. They shouldn't be allowed to conduct business.
