Bought headers from pro-tune a little while back while my mustang was at the body shop got it back and pulled the engine out put the headers on tried to put engine in and the headers didn't even come close to fitting call customer service and they where very unprefesional took pics and sent them in showing the only way they would fit would be to cut the fire wall remove the engine mount and us the headers as the mounts got a set from American muscle and took pics of them side by side big deference and the new ones fit pro-tu... read more

I was not able to just used my debit card to buy my product I had to create a PayPal account in order for you guys to accept my card. Why even give the option of PayPal or your card if you're only going to accept PayPal? Wasted my time that's for sure.

I ordered a new radiator september 9 2017 and haven't received it yet and was supposed to get it by Thursday the 14th still nothing and I have sent an email in hopes of receiving some news but no reply. So now I'm here cause ptl apparently can reply to problems on here but not directly through email.....
