I ordered a short ram intake and upon asking them if they could switch the color they (politely) advised me that they discontinued the item but never took it off their website. Now I am waiting 48 hours for a refund. That being said I have a transaction fee on the card I used which will not be refunded to me. Disappointed and shocked that they are still allowing people to order discontinued and defective products. Offered me a discount code for next purchase... safe to say I don't plan to use it.
Horrible company and horrible products.... received bad headlights that were faulty from day one... they did not help with the shipping or return process... they told me i would have to pay to ship there bad product back to them.... are you kidding me ? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE . you have been warned

Bought some all new headlight housings, hid bulbs and ballasts last year. All came in a pack together for my specific pickup. Ever since then I am on my 3rd set of bulbs and 4th set of ballasts because of malfunctions. They charge me everytime they need replaced even when under warranty. And still I am having issues and they won't work with me on replacing the whole housing for a new one. I am now driving with NO low or high beams because of their customer service. My product did not come with instructions so I email them asking for it. I was told to look on youtube to figure it out. So I sed no you should give me instructions and I asked for a return slip and get a refund. They sed I have to pay for shipping and pay a restocking fee. Do not buy from them. I spent $200 on a pair of headlights for my Nissan Altima 08 coupe exactly one year ago today. From day one, they arrived with an intricate set spider webs encased in the headlight with dead spiders. Attempted to vaccum them out as best I could. Installed them just for them to fog over the first time it rained. I had to pay to have them removed and resealed. They last 10 months... now the outside of the case is peeling. It looks like a cat scratched the outside with claws and the corneed have a thin flim that is peeling back... read more

improve shipping or give the option to pay for shipping for faster shipping
