I ordered an item from them but was delivered the wrong item. After several weeks of emails/calls and run around i had to resort to a paypal dispute. their communication and customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. Buy somewhere else even if it cost more. It will be worth it!
Received my order fairly quick but when I opened the package....the product seemed to of been old inventory that they were just trying to get rid of and pawn off on customers. Half of the products worked and the other half didn't and they came without instructions. I had to email in order to get instructions, which they had, and ask for new product that worked. Well I'm very disappointed, the Christmas gift was very nice till I put them on! First off they don't fit correctly and the projectors are garbage. One projector points the wrong way , far right, the other points almost down.
LIGHTS NOT WORKING LIGHT BULBS DIDN'T TURN ON
Have to return my order because it's not what the product video shows . Called to ask about returning my order and either you can pay and ship it back yourself plus 10 percent restocking fee or 20 percent restocking fee and they send you a label. The product video pertains to a different set of lights which is false advertising for that product. This was a Christmas Gift for someone
My husband had ordered a short ram intake which was 66.99 and protuning sent him a cold air intake which they advertise on their website for 44.99. When he called to let them know they said ..Oh, a cold air intake is better for your car.. first off... Its not what you think is better or not better for my car. You scammed my husband out of money and when he said he wanted his money back he sent it IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The lights were delivered in a very timely manner and appeared to be physically undamaged from shipping. That credit given, they were installed and run for less that 10 minutes of total "lights on" time. Beam pattern compared to HID bulbs or Halogen bulbs was clearly not as good. This is critical since the reason for the purchase was better visibility. The lights may be brigher, but the brighter light was not delivered to the road where it would be useful as the beam pattern sent the light somewhere other than om the road. T... read more
The headlights i purchased did not fit my truck though they should have. Instead of making it right, i had someone send me the emails requesting pictures to prove they didn't fit. I requested a refund and a return label in the 3rd email only to be told "since there is nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee if we send you a return label and a10% restocking fee if you pay for the shipping". I ordered a side bar for 2016 Toyota Tundra ( double cab ). On the Protuninglab site , it stated that this step bar fit the above Toyota from the years of 2007 to 2016. When I received this item and read the installation instruction, it said that this item fit the above vehicle from 2007 to 2014. I had a friend, who does this type installation in his retirement, to help me. This item didn't fit or line up with manufacturer predrilled holes.
