I ordered a 500 watt 50 inch light bar. Once it got here i opened it, only to find out that it was a 288 watt 50 inch light bar instead. I also payed for a wiring harness for the light bar(extra $25 bucks). And the wiring harness that got sent didnt even have the correct plug for the light bar.

None of what I was sent operates properly. This is the 3rd set and I'm done fighting theses light. I have troubleshoot several times and I'm done.

I was a bit disappointed with my purchase and the shipping process I made my purchase on 11/25 didn't receive the items I purchased until 12/13 not to mention one of the items wasn't even in stock but Protuninglab had the product available on line. I had to contact customer support about the issue multiple times. The only thing that I was satisfied with is when I contacted customer support via email they responded pretty quickly but in the future I would never order from them again

The customer service is pathetic, very unprofessional, the company sent me damaged headlights and bulbs and then replaced the bulbs with the wrong size for the headlight assembly that that had just sent me. I asked to have them rush deliver the right size and they refused, and also refuse to escalate the call to management. This is the second time giving this company a chance , as the first time i ordered from them the sent the wrong headlight assembly and i had to send back for a refund because they had sold out of the head... read more

I found Pro Tuning Lab on the web via a Google search for HIDs for my car. I liked what they were offering and the prices seemed fair. I got so wrapped up in the pretty lights that I didn't look at reviews, and that was my first mistake. I ordered a part with the help of a sales rep on phone for a 2003 TDI VW Golf..and was told part would work. Upon arrival part only fits gas models and I can not get customer service to answer my requests to return part

I purchased on Nov. 26. Received the aluminum radiator (Nov. 29) listed on website to fit for 1988-1995 4runner V6 3.0L 4WD. Installed it and went to check the fit and the hood would not close. It was 1/2" too tall. I called ProTuninglab and explained to them that it did not fit my 1988 4runner. They said to contact via email. and in 24-48 hours they will respond. Never did.
