Spent 2 weeks waiting for order, confirming order, emailing support regarding issues, only to find order has been cancelled. I have all communications with ProTuningLab saved for evidence. Do not trust these people, they are not upfront on anything.

This places products are the cheapest quality for the highest price. I spent $160 on my hid kit, high beams, low beams, fog lights. One of the fog light bulbs broke while they were running, don't ask me how. Two ballast burnt upall in about 35 days. And they won't send new ones, how convenient is it that they won't replace anything if it's a day over thirty days. On top of all this, they sent the wrong bulbs the first time. The cat back i ordered was 4.5 inch piping and the person i was emailing kept yelling me there was no way it was that size cause it wouldnt work and the site said it was only 2.5inch even after i emailed pics he kept saying i was wrong i just wanted it fixed or a refund

Although the shipping speed was good, I didn't received the right order. No instructions for installation included and some parts had no voltage labeling on it. I will never order from this company again. I also didn't receive any invoice with the shipment.

I bought headlights and a cargo light for my 2011 chevy Silverado and they are complete pieces of junk. The seals are completely bad and the horrible seal on the third brake light caused water to get into the cab of my truck which is now rotting away! Also the customer service with this company is non existent I've called them multiple time and some times they have even hung up on me! Terrible company and would never recommend buying from them!

Received both projector headlights and driving lamps...they look good...there was a seal glued to the inside of the headlamp...the hid.lamps were installed at source...there was a bad ballast as well....they fixed the issue....had to take what I could get as car was apart...sold me LEDs.for high beam...they do not fit....THE HID BEAM PATTERN WITH THESE PROJECTOR LIGHTS LOOKS LIKE GARBAGE...there is 2 dead zones in the center...this is not fixable without scrapping hid.bulbs and going to xenon/ halogens....so they sell you th... read more

I purchased the same part from there competitor about 3.5 weeks ago. After 7 days I noticed the money was never taken out of my account and called the competition. There response was Mr. Lynch your order was rejected.. No call or email to me telling me this. My truck was down and at a busy shop who told me they didnt have time to do what i needed but will take care of it since the parts were already ordered. I was sent the wrong headlights for my car then took multiple emails and phone calls to finally get some help. Finally got a hold of them and them was given a huge run around to return the product. Will never do business with them again and will make sure to tell anyone I know to go to anywhere else for any car needs.
