Can't fix condensation inside of the light due to the light not having a tight fit inside the socket I can't seal tht bc then I would not be able to get the light back out so I called they told me to wrap it with electrical tape to seal it instead of sending me a replacement not happy

Half of my led are not working
Simple order of LED headlight bulbs...order was wrong, was going to return, CS mislead me, reordered, then they increased the price. Finally got right product and the quality and performance were terrible!!! Bad Flicker!!! Through the crap bulbs in the trash!!!
Parts I received are awesome and customer support is awesome, I see they have a disclaimer for backordered parts but it would be easier if you knew what was going to be on backorder before hand so you had a choice to order it or not instead of waiting and find out it didn't come and then having to either/wait or cancel to find what you need somewhere else
The lights looked like it would be a nice fit but the only issue is that they failed to let me know the order was back ordered until 2 weeks after placing the order and when they let me know they didn't offer another option that was available. and after another week they still haven't given my refund
If you aren't going to have something in stock and then it is going to take 3-6 weeks to get in stock, maybe you should put out of stock on the website. So then I don't have to call and get my refund when you are trying to exchange for a product I don't want!
The title pretty much says it all! I made an order for headlights and got my confirmation number, then my credit card was billed, then I received my email saying my parts have been shipped. 24 hours later I received a call stating that my parts were not available and did I want to order something else or get my money back . When I asked the customer service rep who called me why I was sent a shipped email and had my credit card billed when there are no parts available, he got very sarcastic and said " that's how it works, yo... read more
I'll give them credit for addressing the situation later in the same day we discovered the problem. Apparently, someone pulling the order didn't notice the one digit of the part number not matching the order. PTL is in the process of swapping for the correct headlights. It was an annoyance for me to be required to provide photographic evidence they made a mistake before they'd take action.
