I made a mistake on my order & realized AFTER I submitted it for final approval. I called 3 times & left my home phone # and my cell phone # -NOTHING heard back. Will not shop there EVER AGAIN. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PHONE CALLS RETURNED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONLY BY EMAIL AND THEN 24HR LATER RESPONSE TIME, NO PHONE TECH SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER. RETURNING AN ITEM IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSES TO ISSUE RMA#'S LIKE THEIR WEBSITE REQUIRES. THE ONLY PERSON THAT WILL ANSWER THE PHONE IS YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHEN YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGES.
I placed an order for headlights on a 2003 Mitsubishi eclipse and a H1 hid kit on March first 2013 I received that order on march 12th. After installing the new headlights I ordered, the left headlight only makes a beeping sound and only turns on every once in awhile. Also If it does turn on, when I use the hi beams and switch back to low it doesn't work. Now the main issue I have is the right low beam after being turned on for less than 30 seconds caught on fire. The staff were nice, biggest complaint I have is being sold lights that do NOT have installation instructions, and being told they don't know when they will be able to produce these. Took to Toyota dealer to have them installed and was told would cost $250 to install them. Which is more than I paid for them. NOT HAPPY!!!!
Product was due to be delivered on the 20th...today no delivery...can not get tracking information....what's up
You have a display online lights but no in stok and ihave to pay more many in the shop for starage wen i paint my car
Neither headlight worked when I installed them
Fed EX tracking number was issued within days of order..... but mothing has been shipped yet. No action on tracking info other than initiated.
haven't received my package yet.. supposed to be last tues jan 22. now the est delivery date is jan 30. what a waste of time
