Quit working after using handful of times This was great when I bought it. (It does waste a lot of white space between labels, but other than that quality was good). I used literally a handful of times and then it gave me a low battery error. Changed the batteries and it hasn’t turned on since. Tried several batches of batteries. There’s electrical plug option but even with it plugged in wi t turn on. Read through the reviews and seems this is a documented issue….
Wastes Tape! My older Brother label maker had a built in electric cutter that cut both ends close to the of text. If one was in a hurry, it would feed out the label, separately trimming off about 1/2 inch of tape. This label maker has a manual cutter with a blade a long way from the tape printing. This wastes at least an inch of tape when manually cutting. ARG!
NO LCD BACK LIGHT tried to brighten the screen, it goes from -1 to +2. stays the same no matter what you chose. No back light at all!!!! If I knew this was a problem would have never bought it!!!!!!
IN WHAT WORLD... In What World would you buy an electrical item and the cord does not come with it? Vaccuum... no! Toaster...No! I understand that they designed the label maker to be portable if you want/need to... but straight outta of the box you cant use it. And before you tell me it runs on batteries... who has SIX AAA batteries just lying around. Using batties would get very expensive! This is ludicrous. What next a car with no tires?
No "flag" cable setting even though images show this type of label I primarily bought this to make cable labels. Product images showed "flag" style labels on cables so thought it would be a sure thing. However when I started playing with it there's no flag setting. Returning.
Jams a lot Received as a gift. Will buy something else. It will print a few labels then jam up ruining the rest of the tape. Don't buy it.
Do NOT purchase under ANY circumstances! But don’t just take my word for it- (really, don’t) bc then you’d be missing out on the only good thing about this god-awful money pit machine- & that’s the review written by “Mandy S.” (Dated September 19, 2018). Not satisfied This is a shame that I ordered this item only to receive it and it doesn’t work! I was supposed to make labels for my twins bottles and couldn’t for school so now I have to send it back. My item did not come with the charger I put new batteries in it and is still not working I am highly upset with this item and this is never happened to me when I’ve ordered off of Amazon before
Not worth it All of the labels come out crooked.
