Haven't felt this ripped off in a long time! I was replacing an old Brother labeler and have plenty of label cassettes. None of which I can use with this. I know I should have read more. I thought nobody would change the cassette. Now, this can go into a closet and I can buy one that will work with the cassettes that I have.
Very happy. I payed way more for it. Angry that they just lowered the price after I got it So much better than its previous style. Prints in large styles and a great selection of fonts and symbols. My only complaint that in the pixels sometimes it’s hard to see what the symbols will actually print out to look like. Update: I’m very angry they lowered the price the day that I got my product.
Missing cord Have no idea how it works - missing the cord!!! Haven’t been able to use
CAN'T SEE THE SCREEN!!! I can't see the screen. I used the CONTRAST button, but still can't see the screen. I even used a flashlight, can barely see the screen. I PUT NEW BATTERIES IN (TWICE) AND THEY DRAINED IN FIVE HOURS. Bought the power cord hoping I could see the screen better. Nope. Still can barely see the screen at -1-2 0 +1 +2. This is useless. I'm really disappointed with Brother. They have always been top notch with their printer products.
need a better display lightning the display is so light you can hardly see it. I have not decided if I can live with it .

Poorly designed and made. Instructions worst I've ever seen. Aside from all the complaints about the power supply, the terrible battery life, and waste of printing tape, this product might be pretty good--if I could figure out how to use it! I have a degree in Journalism and have written many instructions for various items but I have never seen such a poorly written/illustrated/organized/difficult to read attempt at instructions in my more than fifty years of experience! Two stars just for the price The ink was out at second time using 👎🏻
How to delete the "a" I wish I could get some help using the brother p-touch. I have it all set up. However when a print a line, under it is a lower case "a" which I cannot delete from the screen. Anyone else have this problem or a suggestion? I have watch videos, and read instruction manual.
