Disappointed but won’t throw it away until I get new one I’m very disappointed in this product. I thought the bad reviews were people just picking. Yes the margin issue can easily be fixed. I’m not worried about wasting tape when I can change the margins to “narrow.” Just a few seconds of Fiddling with the settings and you can easily fix that “issue.” But I hate how the six batteries drain soooooo fast. Order a different model with a cord. It does not come with a cord. Stupid!
Cheap and easy but wastes label tape and uses 6 AAA batteries Like others have said it seems like this item is intentionally made to make you spend a lot of money on it other than the initial purchase. I would look into another brand of label maker. Its a very inefficient and wasteful device in more ways than one. I set the margin to narrow but it still prints 1 inch and a dotted line in front of every label which means you have to cut the label with scissors every time you print one. Terrible! I didn’t buy this on amazon but I got on here to see if anyone else had this “low battery” issue. Well from the looks of it a lot of people have this problem. Along with mine just turns off when I try and print I hate this product. I finally broke my frugal barriers down and spent money on a label maker and I hate it.
Caveat Emptor: Expensive and awful Disappointed with this gadget. The last nail to the coffin of Brother because it was wrapped in a cheap box fitted for the eggs. Shipped only with 1 cartridge. Expensive but awful. It consumes a lot of batteries and the tapes are so expensiveLook for other companies.

waste margin & interface not user friendly as everyone pointed out... despite changing the margin to narrow, this thing still spits out alot of wastage. the menu/ interface is also not very user friendly and intuitive. be prepared to spent alot on batteries and rolls of labels
