Will send you a product without the paper and "like-new" when you purchase new. Do not buy this product. When I purchased it, the package came with no paper (which is supposed to be included) and the product was definitely used before - when I purchased it new.
Doesn't work There was no power cable included even though it had a port for it. I tried putting in the 6 AAA but it never turned on. Also, the only tape included was an trial cartridge. Not a huge deal, but it's a full-sized cartridge with only a small amount of tape in it. It would seem to me that if you are going to put in a full size cartridge anyway, you could at least supply it with a decent amount of tape. CHEAP! I will be returning and getting a refund.

Turn back! It is all a trick! Turn back! This product has manipulated reviews. This is an awful label printer. No power cable. No batteries. No print cartridge. Included Sample cartridge with is low capacity. Drains 6 double A batteries every month even while off. Cannot use another 9v power cable, they engineered it specially to use only theirs. Need to buy power cord separately It’s great but dumb it doesn’t come with a power cord
The tape was non functional It took 2 days of tampering and adjusting to make the tape work. I would not recommend and should have returned since we put as much time into fixing as using so far.
Waste tape Works fine but waste a lot of tape.
Tape replacements not available This label maker has been great for long overdue properly labeling Christmas decorations, cords, etc. But after the sample tape is used up, it takes hours and numerous phone calls to obtain replacement tape. I may have to throw this unit away and look for one with easily obtainable replacement tape. Very disappointed.
