That's garbage. I'd love to comment on the quality of ... I honestly can't believe Brother can't be bothered to include at least one set of batteries. And then they set some crazy arbitrary power requirement on their power adapter so they can charge $25 for it because no one else makes them. That's garbage. I'd love to comment on the quality of the product itself by I can't power it up because I have to run to the store for some damn AAA batteries. Very poor initial impression.
Waste 2” inches Every print will waste 2” and rolls are expensive to buy.
I'd send it back if I could. Only does one size and the tape is too narrow. I'd send it back if I could.
Easy to use Easy to use. The only reason I gave it 3 starts is the font doesn't get very small or very big.

No charger comes with... I'm sure the labeler is fine but you should definitely pay attention to the fact that it doesn't come with a charger. That's an extra 10 bucks.
Works, but needlessly wasteful/expensive. Every label is printed with wasted tape on each side, and the tape is the expensive refill. This would be so easy to fix, but instead the option to correct it is buried in an unlikely menu. Reseting general formatting will set you back to "waste expensive tape" mode. You have to figure the company designed it to sell more tape on purpose.
One Star Orderd this in January, but just tried to use it today and noticed the cutting blade was missing.
Too much wasted tape, each label has giant margins Too much wasted tape, each label has giant margins. I know it has a feature to "chain print" but that wouldn't work for me with the number of one-off prints I do. When I run out of tape i'm going back to a Dymo.
