Super easy to use I just purchased this, so I haven't used it much, but so far it is really simple. Load batteries, load tape cassette, power on, and if you want English as your default language, then you can literally begin printing labels. You can change font size, use one or two lines of text, and the labels come in different colors if you want to organize by color. Pretty soon my whole house is going to be covered in these things!

I do not recommend I found this product to be disappointing and completely inadequate. The instructions were not intuitive, and I could not get the thing to center the font on a label even after programming it multiple times to do so. This will be returned, and I do not recommend to anyone.

Need TZe tape not TZ I'm going to have to read the manual but I was so disappointed that my TZ tapes don't work. I should have kept my old BROTHER (hahha) since I had a lot of tape. Hope this one is as fancy (and easier) to use than the PT-1290 that was still good but this model's fancy labeling GOT ME!

No cord provided when purchased. I both love and hate this product. I loved it because I know what it can do. Disappointed, I thought it would come with a cord for a few simple jobs I had. I have the same one at work. So I bought it for home. Hate it. It didn't come with a cord but does need 6 batteries. Upset there was no cord.

wasted tape One way I got around wasted tape at the end of the label, is to watch for the last of your printed label, hit the cut tool, and error will occur in the print window, simple turn it off and then back on. No end wasted tape.

nonintuitive Nonintuitive - many button pushes. Wastes tape. We’re continuing to use our old one until it completely fails.

I just have to figure out how to make the labels smaller so that they don't waste so much tape Makes organizing my home a breeze. I just have to figure out how to make the labels smaller so that they don't waste so much tape.
