This is a terrible designed product This is a terrible designed product. Why do we have to waste ~1" of space every time we print? To add insult to injury, we have to use a scissor to cut the excess off. Is this done on purpose so we can spend more on the label and spend more money to buy new label? Great business idea but at the expense of consumers. You have now tarnished your Brother brand for such a lousy product.

Do not like at all....keep shopping I was initially sold on this label maker for two reasons: 1) it was a good price offered via Amazon's lightning deal and 2) I like the way you can make the labels fancy. Now that I have used it for a while I have decided it's not that great. I find that the features are very difficult to use because of the confusing menus. For the life of me I still cannot figure out how to do the chain labels (or whatever it's called). There is a LOT of wasted space because it defaults to huge margins so ... read more
Uses a million AAA batteries. has a AC plug ... Uses a million AAA batteries. has a AC plug, but no AC adaptor, which is kind of a bummer. Has loads of shapes and borders which is interesting.
HUGE waste of tape. What a rip off and bad design. Brother website states, "Due to the construction of the tape mechanism... Worst design ever! Every label requires you print an extra inch of blank tape before your text appears. HUGE waste of tape. Even the brother website states, "Due to the construction of the tape mechanism, 23.9mm (0.94") piece of tape that is produced prior to every label cannot be eliminated. " This is a sham! Such a rip off! Give me my money back.
