P-Touch Label Maker Yeah, it's OK. Too complicated to operate. It has too many options, in order to use this machine make sure you read the instructions and keep them near by, you're going to need them again.
Doesn't Power On Didn't work. Still working with Brother support to fix it or replace it.
Designed to be wasteful and time consuming This is a decent label maker, it works consistently and produces quality labels, it is however incredibly wasteful. The printer is designed to produce a 3/4" strip of excess label on either side of the printed text. This is excessive and you end up having to trim it off with scissors, so every label you make wastes over an inch of the label tape and your time. Weak Display Hard to Read LCD display was unreadable even at highest contrast setting. Too bad. May have been defective but the technology seems old and fragile. This really should be packaged with power adaptor. The product could be made more consumer friendly without a large increase in the currently reasonable price.
There is quite a lot of wasted tape at the beginning and end of each label I think the power cord should be included with the product not purchased separately. I love the printer. Being able to add decorative frames around the text is fun. I was hoping this would not be complicated, and it is not--very easy to use.
Two Stars Brother P-Touch PT- D210 Laber Maker - work - look no new
First use & it won't work. 😡 I purchased this three months ago & finally tried to use it (I've been in & out of the hospital). It won't work with batteries or charger. I can't return it now either. Very disappointed.
Good options, easy to use, wastes a lot of tape Seems to be decent quality. Easy to use. Has a lot of options. Only one problem: it prints the labels with way too large of margins. And for some reason, that is the only thing you can't adjust
Not as it seems. Does not center label like others. The picture the advertisement shows you is a misrepresentation of the product. The labels do not come out as shown. There is always an almost 1 inch extra length of unused tape. (Picture attached shows how they come out every time)The labels come out off center by this much. After researching it on the Brother site, I found that "This extra feed material cannot be eliminated", that is quote from the Brother P touch Frequently Asked question page.
