Sample cartridge defective I was excited to try this product because my friend loves hers and labels anything and everything. I spent time reading the manual and chose my first labels. The machine made a grinding noise and nothing came out. I tried to print again with the same result. I opened the back of the label maker and the tape and backing were separated. I could not fix it. Save yourself time and money and purchase another brand.
label maker I like it even though the ac adapter does not work and uses 6 batteries
VERY disappointed buyer. No English instructions included and this item was labels new but arrived without a power cord.
Wastes tape on every print Lots of features, but the loss of an inch of tape every time I print something is horrible. Now I have to carry a pair of scissors when I print because I have to cut it myself to make the label even.
It is okay. It uses a lot of batteries ... It is okay. It uses a lot of batteries so prepared to buy them. I would much prefer it if it included batteries with higher cost.
Waste of tape Too many features. Marketing is out of control. Focus on the 20 things people do the most and make it simple. #1 issue is the pre and post margins now when you print are huge!!!. Default should be small. It is clearly a way to sell more tape. This is going to make me look at another brand on my next purchase. Been a loyal customer of Brother for 30 years, I'm switching.
Broke After 7 Labels It worked at first, but then the label started to come out with black and clear tape in addition to the white. What the devil?! I looked it up on line and found this: "If the colored ink ribbon stuck to the backing tape or exited all the way out from cassette, the cassette tape no longer can be use in the machine, needs to be replaced." And get this: the feed button doesnt feed the tape. You have to hold down shift and then push feed. Who even designed this thing?
tape waster I bought this for my wife because it had good reviews. YES IT WASTES TAPE!! It works but WASTES A LOT OF TAPE!!
not easy getting the labels centered it's okt, but it is hard to figure out how to use it, not easy getting the labels centered. it 's not easy formatting the font type size, etc. wastes too much tape which is expensive.
