Three Stars Does the job well for a decent price. Tapes are TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!
Wastes tape, buy something else. I like it but it really sucks how much tape it wastes before and after the desired print. Yes, I have gone through all the settings and it is simply a waste, just another way to get you to keep buying the reels. I Use a font I can read but try to label as many things as possible back to back WITH NO SPACES and cut it with scissors to minimize waste. Great label maker despite waste Manufacturer's engineers might want to work on a way that the shear cuts closer to the printer head, reducing the amount of 'wasted' tape. Even with narrow margins, you end up wasting about an inch of tape per label. The other option is to print a long label containing all the labels you can think of and then cut it into the separate labels you need.

Wastes Tape It gets the job done well enough but there is an inch of blank tape at the front and back of every label you print. You can counteract this by printing a bunch of labels and once and cutting them up.
This was requested for the USPS for the office. ... This was requested for the USPS for the office. We just wanted a simple label maker for the desk so it can be plugged in and not use batteries. This product was delivered on time and there were no issues with it.

NO POWER CORD INCLUDED Seriously? No power source? Don't be fooled by this labeler like I was. No power adapter and no batteries included. Silly. 11/3/2017 I am updating my review and adding a few stars. This is actually a great label maker, and the batteries have lasted a LONG time.
The tape waste is also outrageous The label works well, but it's a paint to take out one battery after each use because it continuously drains the battery even off. The tape waste is also outrageous!
