Two Stars Instructions not written very clearly. Difficult how to change the margins per the insutrctions
I also don't like that it requires so many batteries It gets the job done but frankly, this is not the most user-friendly product. It took me quite some time to figure out what all the settings mean etc. I also don't like that it requires so many batteries. But I do like being able to label everything now with this machine.
Good product but waste lables Works as advertised. However, it is insane and almost criminal how much waste is on the tape for each label. I took someone else’s suggestion and made 2 spaces between multiple labels, but you have to manual cut them.
Nice label maker Worked great right out of the box. When making multiple labels I program them all in and cut them apart with scissors to cut waste. The amount of tape run out at the end is excessive.

Label cartridges are expensive. AC Adapter is reverse polarity Got this as a holiday special deal. Has lots of fonts, features etc, but label cartridges are expensive. AC Adapter is reverse polarity (-) 9VDC and needs at least 1.5A capacity.. I used a standard (inexpensive) 9VDC 2A adapter and simply cut and switched the leads near the coaxial plug to reverse the polarity - works great, but probably voids my warranty. .
UGG GREEEDY Company! Wouldn't know. The company was TOO greedy to include a way to power the thing. GREEDY manufacturers RIPPING off the customers. It's crap! "Oh, thank you for BUYING my product, but guess what? You have BUY ANOTHER THING to turn it on!!" Terrible way to treat people who spend their money with you!!! Three Stars I find these label makers to be more complicated for use than they have to be.
Not Your Brother's Printer Bought from Amazon. It would not work with brand-new batteries installed. I called Brother as the instructions suggested and got useless advice from an incompetent representative, who absurdly asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Down the road, I was considering buying a Brother printer since it was recommended by CU. After this bad service, I will not.
