I've had years of service out of the previous label maker so figured I would buy another of the same brand. Unfortunately this one is very difficult to use because I can't read the display so I sent it back. I had to hold it up at a certain angle to a bright light source to "wash out" the background LED pixel grid that makes the characters otherwise difficult to read. 1.0 out of 5 stars Buy plenty of Batteries 🪫 Yes it works just fine, but as soon as you print 2-3 labels the screen reads “Low Battery”. Print a few more and it stops working. Keep changing the batteries is very costly. Not worth it. Buy a different one.

After the first 10 uses or so, I began to get a "low battery" warning with every label printed. I replaced the batteries thinking I had possibly left it on and ran the batteries dry. 1.0 out of 5 stars It simply does not work I know I am out of my window for return but when I opened it and set it up it simply does not work. The "on" button displays for a second (only twice out of a million tries) then absolutely nothing. Batteries replaced twice. It is a lemon.

Contacted amazon customer service, who were not helpful at all claiming the return window closed. I explained I'm looking for customer service not for returns, but to no avail. VERY DISAPPOINTED

2.0 out of 5 stars Broke after 2nd use This was an amazing tool until it broke and will no longer dispense what I type. Message ends up jumbled and never comes out of machine. I have to open it to get the paper unjammed.
