product never work Product never work, change batteries so many times and couldn't return because I didn't do on time for lack of time so I waste my money
Peeling the tape from these things is maddeningly difficult. Useless. Peeling the tape from these things is maddeningly difficult. Useless. Going into the trash because I've had it too long, hoping I'd find a way to peel the labels. This is a bad product.
Item was defective Item stopped working in two months. One month past return window. Handling it with Brother was unsuccessful.

Worst Label Maker On The Planet I had to watch a video, several videos actually, on how to separate the label from the backing bc the backing is not split. The most recent video was from the manufacturer and the lady demonstrating how to do it, couldn't even do it - blaming the fact that she couldn't on how she was doing it thru the camera lens. Awful! Time-consuming! Ridiculous to not have a split backing for easy removal. I'd return it if I hadn't thrown the box away. Save your sanity and buy a Dymo labeler for real
Disappointed This stopped working after the first cartridge. Sounded like the inside gear wouldn't put through. The tapes jamming, fixed that and the cutter atopped6 working, so the gear and cutter quite and all I got out of it was label from the first cartridge and nothing more
That it works This is the second one that do not work long. Need to take it off the market!
