Print too small I sent it back. The print was much too small for me.
Low battery Put new batteries in and won’t print….can’t find a solution so I’m returning it
NOT USER FRIENDLY! I don't consider this product to be user friendly at all. I've had friends take a look at it and they are equally as puzzled. I've gone on the website to seek answers and am always directed to the "purchase more tape" page because I need to keep buying from the company. I want to return the product but have already thrown away everything it came boxed in and have already purchased more tape because I was afraid I would run out given all the "experiments" I was performing trying to figure out how to operate... read more
Tape splitter is useless This label maker works just fine, however the splitter is just an exercise in frustration. Even the You Tube video shows what a poor design it is.
Don't Buy It for the Symbols This advertises over 200 symbols, but you have to put in a code for each. For example, if you want a cat, you'll have to first go to the pictograph screen, then enter G2. Only G2 will show on the screen. You won't see the cat until you print the label. This is not a "quick and easy" or "handy" label maker. Returning.
No backlight There is no back light on the display. It is very dark and difficult to see the display. Therefore you are unable to see if wording is correct.
Garbage Prints the first letter then shuts off completely. Waste of money.
Makes nice labels but Takes six batteries and they didn’t last long. Very time consuming to use. Printing labels from a computer or just writing on them by hand is the way to go. I sent this back!!
Poorly built. Purchased one-arrived broken would not start. Returned it and bought a second one. It worked for 1 week then stopped working. Would not recommend very poor quality.
