Garbage! After using it to print 1 label, with brand new batteries, a low battery message continually shows up. The label tape gets stuck after 1 label. Biggest waste of money!
Constantly says battery low Went with Brother because I’ve never had issues with their stuff but this seems to be a common issue: ‘low battery’ displayed after printout. New batteries, resetting, nothing solves this. Their warranty site is broken too. Not much help to solve this error.
Dropped the product and it never worked again Fine until the drop
Returned it. Bought a much better one for less Not many options. Even the largest print was tiny tiny. Tiny buttons. I found a much better one that cost less AND came with 2 free label tape cassettes.
Doesn't stay on long enough to print After printing maybe 10 labels it stopped printing says low battery, changed batteries even tested them. And still won't stay on to print. Useless
Doesn’t hold battery I got this as a gift from my sister and didn’t use it right away and I wish I would have because I would of had her return it!! I literally have to put new batteries after EVERY print! I just put new batteries in it less than 5 mins ago and was only able to print ONE label and it says “low battery” DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!!
Disappointed The item didn’t work. It never printed labels. The items would come out blank. Not a good label maker.
Did not work properly... returned This did not work properly, both the printing and the keys. I had another one awhile ago that I loved. I returned this one and do not recommend it.
Terrible product I do not recommend this label maker. I Bought this label maker and was so excited to use it for different things!! I Used it less than 3 times before it quit printing anything. Never ran low on batteries, just completely stopped printing. It would turn on and do everything, except prong labels and I had plenty of tape. Really frustrating because I ended up having to throw it away. Will be ordering a new and different one, that hopefully won’t end up like this one. Really upset this broke on me
