Very aggravating to peel backing off. The old printers the tape was split in the middle as it came out, so it was easy to peel and apply. But this one you have to slid it down a slot twist and yank it out and hope it catches the corner to pull it and you better have fingernails or you won't get it off.
Horrible Not worth a penny.
Meh I cannot recommend this product.
Supplier lied The product is okay I ordered it for my son he is enjoying but the delivery was horrible the supplier confirmed it will be here before my aon birthday which was April 23 and the delivery was April 22 but I got on April 29
Terrible Product This product never worked from day 1. It would keep saying low batteries and tried 4 sets of batteries and still didn’t work. No support from manufacturer on issue.
Less than I expected, inferior. I am so sorry to report this, I had issues with the unit from day one. I understand the product, AS I have for many decades two of the OLDER model... and I still use them both all the time. I thought for $25 bucks get another. HOWEVER, this now one is nothing like the old one. It was frustrating and confusing...but the two old ones are fantastic...this was terrible...for me..good luck with all of you trying to use it. e This was terrible. Never worked
Didn't Work I have had a Brother label maker that finally died and this was to replace it. Unfortunately, what was shipped appeared to have been returned by someone else. Packaging was slightly damaged, the LCD screen that should have usually been covered by plastic static wrap was not covered and it was scratched. VERY disappointed and this apparently came from the Brother Official storefront. I generally like the product but this experience really left me unimpressed with Brother.
Considering a return Poor quality.
