Hard to use This product is hard to use. The type set is very small. Can't figure out the pictures to add to type.
Can't centre anything. Jams a lot. Hard to peel the results off. There doesn't seem to be any way to make the two lines centred when you do more than one line. Left-justified looks stupid on a spice jar. The tape jams constantly, wasting tape and making you take the bottom off to get it out. And you have to cut it off with a scissors when that happens because it's nowhere near the cutting blade. Jam!! The tape continually jams. I gave this as a gift and deeply regret it.
Aggravating piece of garbage This machine is really trash. It produces labels that cannot be peeled off the backing. Better label makers produce a cut, or use label tape that is split, so it is easy to peel off the backing. Also the cutting part is awkward as is the loading of the tape cartridges. Not just a waste of money, a recipe for aggravation.
WORST PRODUCT EVER!!! I used to LOVE Brother products. They used to be reliable, excellent quality, and worked. I ordered this PT-M95, thinking the quality was still there. It's NOT! I'd used the first printer approximately 8 times. The 9th time, the tape spooler didn't forward the printed tape. I talked to product support at Brother, and was told I'd be disconnected if I used the word "poop" again, because the representative "didn't have to be sworn at." I swear, I have the chat transcript! Stuck The media could not be loaded.
Doesn’t print Setting it up is not intuitive but it’s not difficult either— if it would print. Setup. Check. Entering text. Check. Preview. Check. Print. Nada. Nyet. Nuthin! Motor purrs then screen goes blank and it’s over. Additionally, the wrong cartridge came with the “buy this + this” option. Incidentally, I bought this last year but was unable to open and try it until today. Beyond disappointing!!!!
Batteries! I had to replace the batteries every 2 labels 😱
Too small I found it very hard to use.
