Do you have lots of time to spare?? I have no idea how well this prints because after 2 1/2 hours I have still not got it to print properly. Model # on documentation doesn't equal that on product (causing web site not to recognize model #), downloaded "installer" insisted there was no internet connect when there was, computer answering customer service line would not pass me on to a person for nearly 5 minutes, customer service passed me around and after printing just one test label the unit insisted it was out of paper when... read more

They really do a poor job of operating instructions They really do a poor job of operating instructions. Virtually none for the computer. If you install the smart phone app you can eventually figure it out. Great device once you figure it out!
Wasted time and money After three weeks, still unable to connect wirelessly to the PC. Also, the PT-P750W does not run on wireless connection via traditional batteries (I suspect it might if you purchase the ion battery, but since this does not work as I intended - stand alone little black box, I cannot justify spending another $40 for the battery). It works well wirelessly (if plugged in) with Apple products, but who wants to create labels on their iPhone? (Works with my iPad). I am not a true geek, but have set up my own w... read more
The media needs to be TX e tape. The original TZ tape will not fit in the printer. The media needs to be TXe tape. The original TZ tape will not fit in the printer. So anyone with any stock its worthless now... It all appears to be a post which is built into the new printer. Unless the media cartridge has a hole for the post, the media will not fit.
your older TZ tape stock is useless on this machine - the cartridges do not fit ... Stick with the regular label printers. I really, really wanted to like this printer. I try to stay organized and I put labels on everything, and I thought being able to print labels from my computer was going to be great. Oh, the disappointment. First, the setup is kind of hard to figure out if you want to read the manual. The manual is one giant sheet folded up about 8 times, so that to read anything you need to clear off the kitchen table just to read it. Useless as a mobile printer This printer cannot print through wifi without being connected to a wifi acces point. The wifi settings must be set with a computer, and can only save one ssid. The wifi does not work with the aa batteries, it has to be plugged in or be use with the optional battery pack. There is a big sticker on the side showing you how you just use nfc to print. It does not work without a lot of complicated settings. NFC does not work with apple phones. So why do you need a portable printer that, can't be used ... read more
I can't believe that Brothers would do something like this. For us Buy this product and get Malware! We just purchased this product. It came with no disc. You have to go to Brother's Website. You download the drivers. BEWARE! It comes with about eight different malware programs that will change your browser and give you lots of things you didn't bargain for.
