Brother needs to hire a UX Designer because this model stinks! I'm not one to get frustrated easily, but if there is a poster child for over complicating a simple machine that was working great and "upgrading" it to garbage the brother ql-1110nwb takes the gold! The fact that you have to be a roll AND a spool each time you need to refill is a total punch in the gut to the consumer, and a waste of money and materials. They really need to rethink that. It loses connection to the network and won't reconnect when the labels run out It took awhile to get it working, it's not very intuitive and none of the Brother Admin or Manager programs actually work to set it up. Once I got it working, it worked fine for me but no one else in the office can connect to it or print from it wirelessly, they have to plug in the USB. Then it ran out of labels. Waste of money What a waste of money and labels - it often takes several labels to get one that is usable. Doesn't load labels correctly, prints blank ones and what is printed is very dim. I made the mistake of messing with it too long and passed the return window - don't make my mistake.
I think I got scammed… I order a Brother label printer, the photo has a brother label printer on the listing. I received a Brother box with a very cheap looking printer inside that is NOT Brother brand. I am floored. I really needed the printer today, this is so annoying and disappointing and plain wrong.
Item never worked This printer doesn’t function. It just flashes in error. Bought new and tried multiple times to set up.

Won’t even power on and no help I’ve had this for 90 days and it just stopped powering on. I’ve literally used it for probably about 10 labels total. Amazon says they can’t help after 30 days. Buy a different printer that will work long term. This is definitely not a reliable option.
Don’t buy this for Mac Worked exactly 2 months, after which stopped connecting through both wifi and Bluetooth
