Terrible UX You can tell this interface was developed for a Mac OS as an afterthought. I gave up after a couple of hours trying to set up the machine and trying to print my design. I ended up tossing it in the trash. Don't buy this product. You've been warned!

I spent like 2 hours playing with it out of the box I print quite a lot of labels for USPS postage for first class and priority, this thing saves me a ton of time. NO you do NOT need a 4x6 printer for these labels!! You do need 4x6 printer for UPS and Fedex labels, but NOT for USPS! Note I am using Windows 10 on Chrome browser, it may be different for other systems or browsers. Don't buy before reading this 1 i bought this printer to print custom labels but no where in the product description it was stated that it prints in pre-adjusted depending on the size that brother wants to push your way. 2 you can't replace the roll of paper immediately you'll need to buy a separate holder with more paper made by brother and it got 2 sensors one that is pushed down when you load the holder and the other is at the paper exit after printing so it manages to stop the paper printing in case you were able to brea... read more

Not easy to use It’s not very user friendly. I had to download 3 apps and it doesn’t want to print. It said it could print from your phone but it impossible. Don’t recommend if your not tech savvy.
