Couldn't get it to print I don't work in Tech but can read directions how to install software on a Windows 10 laptop. After uninstalling and then reinstalling the software to no avail (could not get beyond the printer is offline or no media is installed error message), I decided to return the label printer. It is a piece of junk! You have to install printer driver again whenever you use this printer. Printer is offline or not connected status every time.
Poor quality Poor quality,it printed only two labels and stopped working.I bought two of this printers from Amazon and they had the same problem.
Label Maker Printer did not work at all. Vendor, not Amazon, was very slow on my refund.

Read why: - DYMO software is slow w bugs; - You can not use fonts smaller than 8pt in DYMO software; - Dymo software less professional (for example no print quality changes...); - Real resolution of DYMO printer is less and quality of printing worse, look at my picture with labels. DOA Unfortunately Did not had the chance to test this product . Arrived dead , does not power on.
mind boggling This printer can only print on Brother labels. They are pre-determined size. You cannot just use any custom label roll you desire, like with most other printers. This is insane! How useless this is!! Crazy that this product has 4 stars.
Time saver pays for itself I run a small home retail business. I used to hand write the mailing address for deliveries then type the address into my excel tracking file. Mistakes were rare but happened. Not good for customer satisfaction. With this I print address labels directly from the information the customers provide. Saves time and eliminates errors
