Do Not Buy This You Will Regret It! So I received this thing a few days ago and it's been nothing but frustration since I unboxed the unit. 6 calls to brother, 2 calls to Microsoft and still no resolution. The minute I try to print something in P-Touch Editor the application freezes and I get the (Not Responding) error. Pop sound with smoke on first start up then broke comepletely 3 weeks later Pop sound was heard on first start up with smoke coming out and very metallic smell. Can i get a refund?

Horrible - Does not work with Macs Had a Brother's 710W that finally wore out. Decided to purchase this one based on positive reviews and the excellent price. One small problem - it ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK with a Mac. Spent the better part of 2 hours searching the web, installing / uninstalling drivers / software, changing computers, changing cables, - you name it - I have tried it. es la impresora ql 800 o ql 810? compre la impresora pero el titulo del artículo es ql 810. pero en la descripción es dice que es ql 800 si es así me equivoqué comprado este producto por quiere decir que es publicidad engañosa. y si es así devolveré el producto.

Veo que tiene dificultades para comprar la máquina equivocada. La máquina que se anuncia es un Brother QL800 y no el QL-810W. Aconsejo que se comunique directamente con Amazon para solicitar información sobre cómo cambiar la máquina para el QL810W.
"Wireless" feature is Garbage - don't buy I bought the earlier version of this and the software for wireless printing is pure garbage. When you finally get it working, it will print until you turn off your win 10 computer. Once you turn it on again it won't find the printer, you will have to uninstall. re-install again. They clearly don't know what they are doing here. Their tech support couldn't fix this either.
Not effective for me Called brother 5x to get assistance setting the paper settings up on a mac. Ended up just giving up after a couple of hours and returned the item.

Deeply disappointing I use this (or at least try to) on a Mac. It's hit and miss at best and doesn't work as a general printer despite the software claiming otherwise. On the rare occasion that I get a successfully printed label the results are fine. It may be better on a PC but I don't have one on which to test it. Deeply disappointed. I expected better of Brother.

BAD Do not buy this product I cant say how disappointed i am. Do not trust this product. Product is sold into a Singapore a 240v market and there is no advice that it wont work and more important will blow up! I cant believe you sell this internationally with no strong advice or warnings. people could be hurt or fires start. On top of that i just wasted my money. Just lost a customer. David
