I think they're getting there; meaning, when we first began enrolling the community was known as Atria and when we finished signing up it was then Pacifica. I initially asked about activities and was informed that their activities director left and they were trying to get someone else. They don't seem to be doing anything for memory care residents right now. They've been kind of grouping them together to watch TV in common areas. We found the staff to be really friendly, the whole move in process was all nice and easy. The business staff and their website for us trying to pay bills is not very good at all. Other than that the facility itself is really nice and our loved one enjoys it here. They are in the middle of changing ownership, so there is a transition period going on at the moment.

I toured this community and liked it. We chose another community because there was no secured path or garden for my loved one to take a walk. we noticed that the residents were walking around in the parking lot and that wouldn't work for us, as my mom has a walker.

I would recommend the Memory Care area to others for their loved ones. The staff is very good and address the residents by their first name. They are attentive to the resident's needs as well. There are exercise classes, memory games, crafts, and more for the residents to stay engaged with.

During our tour a resident spilled their water and needed help but the tour guide just kept going instead of helping and that just kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

I've been impressed by the staff's genuine level of caring about the residents beyond the specific tasks at hand. The level of effort they demonstrate for the families as well has been excellent. The response from the executive director to even minor inquiries has been outstanding. And the food is excellent as well.

Everyone is very friendly and my loved one has been happy here. There are always activities going on for the residents to participate in. The staff are always engaging with the residents at the community.
