Real Manage started their Management services for our community late 2018 and into 2019. It was a difficult time for the transition with all the annual assessments due. The transition team led by Edith ******** was very well managed. 4 of the 5 board members were new to the O.O. board and she helped guide us through some challenging situations. Fox Hollow HOA has been with Manager Vanessa at RealManage - Houston since Fall of 2018, and the experience has been very good thus far! RM has a nice software package that stands out when compared to previous management companies.

With Houston being such a large city, it's hard to find people who understand the market the way Real Manage does. Vanessa ****** and I have been working together and her dedication and follow-through is unmatched. She's always on her A game, is very professional, and is pleasant to be around. Vanessa ***** has been a valuable member of the RealManage team. Vanessa is very knowledgeable with all things related to HOA. When Vanessa started with our HOA board last year she immediately targeted the areas where we need improvement and she worked with us to get back on track.
