Dissapointed in Red McCombs Ford, they did not keep their word. Integrity is paramount when it comes to the Auto Sales industry and Red McCombs Ford lacks it. I was shopping for a vehicle and they said they would not do a hard inquiry on my credit, yet they did. I ended up purchasing from Jordan Ford at a much better price.
I bought a Truck 2 weeks ago from Red McCombs, two weeks later with my daughters in the car, five and six years old, the brakes fell off. You know the thing that makes the truck stop, the brakes fell off. It gives go and see red a new definition. Blood red

Very disappointed with the service I have received. It’s been 45 days since I purchased my Ford Edge and Red Mcombs has failed to payoff in full my trade in and is causing my credit to be reported negatively. I have been promised the check will be issued and nothing but lies from Joe Martinez and Jalene. I hope this reaches someone that can restore my faith as a long time ford owner.
Bought two cars here should of known after the first time they would screw us again. Sure enough I buy a 57000 mustang and has paint issues they don't want to give a loaner while they fix there issues. Worst customer service ever I talked to the GM Shawn and he was just as careless as everyone else no thank for coming back after your first experience nothing. Do not shop here go else where you will be happy you did.
Not happy with the service. Car has 8000 miles. 1 1/2 day wait for diagnosis. No rental. Really, next time won't buy American car.
This company knowingly sold us a lemon. The car is now involved in a class action lawsuit regarding the transmission. I have the power train warranty, and even purchased the extended warranty, but somehow the one part that breaks in my ALREADY FAULTY transmission isn’t covered. I tried bringing it up with the person who sold us the car and he stated “that’s how these run” and said there was nothing wrong when the mechanics looked at it.
