I had a 0900 appointment for service with the expectation of getting a "loaner" vehicle as indicated on the website when I booked the appointment. Isaac was quick to tell me "we don't give loaners" and to direct me to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car desk where I could get one for $30 per day. I told him I'd wait (that is also an option on the website), then he told me "I have 9 vehicles ahead of you, so it'll be a very long wait". I asked why so long when I have a 0900 appointment? Would not recommend this dealership At all. Very disappointing when you take your vehicle in and you leave with damages that no one will admit to..
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Manager was very unprofessional and rude. They appraised my vehicle to value my trade in and wrecked it, never told me anything I had to find it out myself. When I went up there they couldn't show me video evidence proving they didn't do it, claiming their "cameras did not work." Red mcombs is the absolute worst dealership, they are crooked and I will never do business with them.
Worst dealership DO NOT TRUST THEM with your vehicle it will come back damage and they wont own up to it
Used car. Check engine light comes on 2 weeks after purchase. Mechanic says transmission trouble. We bought the transmission warranty. Red Mccombs won't touch it till we have tune up and spark plugs changed first!? It is less than 1 month after purchase! They want to charge $250 for that service!!!! Will NEVER go back!!!
Dissapointed in Red McCombs Ford, they did not keep their word. Integrity is paramount when it comes to the Auto Sales industry and Red McCombs Ford lacks it. I was shopping for a vehicle and they said they would not do a hard inquiry on my credit, yet they did. I ended up purchasing from Jordan Ford at a much better price.
I bought a Truck 2 weeks ago from Red McCombs, two weeks later with my daughters in the car, five and six years old, the brakes fell off. You know the thing that makes the truck stop, the brakes fell off. It gives go and see red a new definition. Blood red
Went there with my girl who was gonna surprise me with a new car they must judged us. So we taking our business elsewhere
Very disappointed with the service I have received. It’s been 45 days since I purchased my Ford Edge and Red Mcombs has failed to payoff in full my trade in and is causing my credit to be reported negatively. I have been promised the check will be issued and nothing but lies from Joe Martinez and Jalene. I hope this reaches someone that can restore my faith as a long time ford owner.
