I had a great experience this morning dropping off my car for service. Great customer service and reliability. The new building and customer waiting area is also great.
I had to drop off my frontier for service before work this morning. Ben got all my info and made sure I made the shuttle before it left. Warren drove well and made sure everyone made it to work on time even with the crazy morning traffic.
I had car towed to dealer without appointment. Marshall took care of me, and Warren provided great shuttle service. Overall great experience and would recommend.
Michael was very knowledgeable and had a lot to share about the vehicles we looked at. He obviously wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted, but offered alternatives that more closely suited my budget. He went out of his way to be helpful by offering assistance and tips while I was setting up insurance for my new vehicle. He really cares about his customers and is a great salesman.
Pedro and Dan were a pleasure to work with. They didn't stop until the got me the best deal for my 2017 Maxima. This is my second vehicle purchase from Regal and I will definitely be back. Great experience and service!
I had to take my 2014 Nissan in for service this week due to a Exhaust Manifold issue. I haven't had the best experience in the past when taking my car into service locations, but Stef made me feel comfortable. He was very friendly and prompt with every step of the process. I can’t say enough for Regal Nissan. They are the best!! Ms. Hasna, Mr. Michael, and Mr. Dan went out their way to put me into another Nissan Sentra.
