I went back to Regal Nissan for my second vehicle with them, but my previous salesman wasn't there anymore. After connecting with the sales department, I was put in touch with Mike. Warren handled my shuttle service today. He took care of promptly taking me to work and then even called to pick me up in the afternoon. He saved me from having to call. As soon. As I got in the car he called my tech to check on the status of my car. Great experience with Warren.
