I would like to mention that for the years I have been going to Regal Nissan, the facility and staff at Regal are absolutely great. They are very customer service oriented over there. Paul Smith, Marshalll Hadley, and even the van driver Warren are very friendly and eager to assist the customers. Thank you.
Took the free shuttle while I waited on my car. The shuttle driver Warren was very friendly. Will Cooper checked me in for my service work and was friendly and professional. I get coupons in the mail for oil changes so the price is always great.
Mike Littles in service was excellent. Warren was able to shuttle me home so I could get some work done from home while I waited. They got me an appointment the quickly and took care of warranty work and a couple of troublesome noises. The car runs like a dream. So happy!

When I found my battery dead, Regal just welcome to come in after I got AAA to start my car. Skipper helped me and to my surprise my battery is still under warranty. I really like that Regal always performs an all points inspection every time at no charge. Warren brought me home and it was a very pleasant ride.
This dealership gave me a pretty great service. The service side was very friendly, helpful. Will was a very friendly service agent, and the shuttle driver Warren was punctual and awesome.
I brought our work van in for service and was very impressed with the staff and service center. The dealership just underwent a renovation and it looks amazing and has a very nice customer lounge. Definitely will be back.
