The service team greeted me with immediate assistance and swiftly checked me in for rear brake repairs. They offered me a free car wash at the end of my service and helped me save my rear magnetic decals so they would not get lost! As a working full time Mom, they helped me with a car ride to my lunch appointment with a courteous ride to the nearby restaurant. This helped save me time from my work schedule. Perfect!!!
I've been taking my car to Regal Nissan for nearly a year and I always receive great customer service. Nathan Murphy is awesome and the shuttle driver Warren just makes my day.
The service rep was Daniel. He was very accommodating and made sure that he had all the items I wanted addressed covered. He set me up with the shuttle van. The driver was very courteous and a great conversationalist. My experience was excellent.
The team at Regal did an excellent job. Mike, Cedric and Marvin were exceptional and believe in customer service. Cedric identified an issue in my vehicle that other dealerships had not and were able to fix it immediately. Marvin provided shuttle service while vehicle was getting serviced and was professional and personable. Mike continued to follow up and give me informed updates. Great work by Regal and they have won my continued service.
Scheduled appointment and spoke to Steve for a recall on our Murano, so easy! Showed up and was greeted by Nate instantly. He was friendly and personable with a big smile on his face! Next the tech who was scheduled to work on my car, Chris, greeted me the same way! They had scheduled for me to get a ride home and that is where I met Warren. Warren and Stefan were great to work with. Completely professional, courteous and so friendly. Always a great experience @ Regal. I would definitely recommend Regal to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
i usually come to this location for oil change and other services, and they usually good with time and services. i also receive courtesy wash and vacuum service, and appreciate that extra service. everything went well until after checkout. person bring my car out for me forgot to do so. so i waited standing outside for 5 min. + . other than that, it was good visit.
Warren and nate are the best to work with, great service! And always professional, will call you wilth updates on work performed, and add a curtersy car wash.
Good reception at the start and was quick to get me into shuttle to get to work. Shuttle driver was just as engaging as my service tech. Work appears to be done with no problems but service is a little pricey. Service Tech offered discounts to help. Really appreciated. We will see how work holds up but two folks I dealt with made the difference in the experience.
