I've been using Regal Nissan for all my Nissan Murano service needs. Highly professional and trustworthy. Nate is an amazing Service Advisor and I am grateful for Warren who gave me a complimentary shuttle ride to and from work while my car was being fixed!
My car needed the 30,000 mile check up. I found out Regal is fairly close and also has a shuttle service so I decided to take my car there. I was greeted quickly upon my arrival at the service area, checkup was done in a timely manner and the car was returned to me clean inside and out. Warren was a very pleasant shuttle driver and enjoys his job.
My family has been using Regal Nissan for all of our service needs for over ten years. They are very professional and trustworthy. Nate is an awesome Service Advisor, and Warren is the perfect valet! Thank you!

I have a used Altima which has needed many service appointments because of the wear and tear of my commute. I am always treated well and at a fair price. From tires to brakes to flushes and oil. Ok, bad news is- I went in for standard oil change. At 90k miles I learned I needed extensive work done. I called Mike back & requested consideration for my years of loyalty. Mike was able to re-examine and finalize at a reasonable price. Furthermore, Warren was given the assignment of shuttling me back and forth. Great guy! I appreciate the staff and how they made 'bad news' as painless as possible. Thx guys.
