Salesman named ***** was terriffic. He stayed in touch during the whole process and made sure we were happy. Would allow them to supply us again if the need arises. Good company!

You guys and girls are great!!! The Machine is great It's fast, it goes all over the yard , it's just what i needed after 2 years in a manual wheelchair, your field worker was great in helping me learn the operation of this High tech machine, Thank You All At Rehab Medical, Sincerely ********* P*****

I have had the worst customer service from this company. It has taken over 2 months to receive my wheelchair cushion and once I did receive it, it was the cheapest cushion they could have sent. Once I received it the delivery person took the cushion out of the box, handed it to me and left after I signed for it. He did not let me try it to see if it was the correct cushion or to see if it was comfortable, needless to say it 10 times worse than the 10 month old cushion that I had. I have had this chair 6 months. Pieces have chipped off of one arm. Yes, I hit something, but it isn't capable of stopping immediately. It does one final jerk before stopping. My controller came loose. I reattached it the best I could and drove around that way for 6 days while waiting for repair. It even fell on the floor once. The lift mechanism broke and had to be replaced. The first scheduled repair, no one showed up. No call either. When I called to reschedule, the next available appointment was 6 days out. (HELP) I received an new chair August of 2022.. my chair been damaged since I got it.. the chair consider as a hazard not safe.. the past 4 years my chair been damaged because it was assemble wrong when put together.. Rehab medical has charged my insurance company thousands of dollars for parts and labor repeatedly. my doctors even requested for a new chair left complaints monthly basis.. even the **** has came over 20 times to fixed my chair but each times they never could.. so every month they keep ordering parts for my ch... read more

I have been dealing with Rehab Medical for a month and a half to obtain a new wheelchair. My current chair was causing pressure sores as it was inadequate for me. I was promised the correct chair height, correct seat type (vinyl), and solid arms on the chair. I repeatedly asked for specs/details on the chair while they were "working on getting the proper chair". I was told on different occasions that it was no problem and being taken care of. They never did come and measure me for my wheelchair but they went ahead and ordered it without measuring me and got the wheelchair it was all wrong it's supposed to have a soft cushion and thoracic support and the technician that brought it never did just arm rest or the footrest I still can't use it because the location is wrong cuz I can't sit for very long time and our friend told us about this company they did her the same thing they said if you're not over 400 pounds he will not come out and measure you she see what **... read more
