Excellent customer service, new zero gravity chair works as promised. This chair allows me to sit without pain by taking pressure off my spine and after several hours stand and walk better without back issues. My previous expensive name brand recliner caused pain by keeping me in the wrong position. I consider this chair a longtime investment and although expensive is providing a solution to mobility problems. I am very satisfied with Relax the Back’s product and service.

We received excellent customer service and an excellent education about caring for our spines. We did not feel pushed or rushed into buying merchandise. If I said Jen saved my life.... it would not be overstated! After a fall on wet concrete, my diagnosis was fractured pelvis. Jen absolutely went over and above to help me get a lift chair the first day . I would recommend them every day and three times on Sunday. My job (Realtor) is totally based on customer service so it’s easy to recognize it when you experience it in someone else. Thank you for easing my pain!
