Kyle was outstanding, he spent almost an hour with us letting us try chairs, explaining each one and the features. We selected a chair and due to customization we haven't received yet. But we are excited for it to arrive.
Steve DiSciascio did a great job. His follow-through was exceptional. He was very flexible and giving me time to have the chair delivered so that we could have somebody at the house to make it happen. The relaxed the back chair delivery group was equally as effective. Now, as long as the chair works properly will be good to go.
