Kyle was very helpful and provided the information we needed regarding the various mattresses and pillows so we could make a decision. We looked at the competition as well that same day but came back to RTB and Casper.
Kyle did an excellent job explaining the different mattresses as well as the pillows. He gave us space and time when we needed it but was always available to help and answer questions. He understood when we said we needed to go to a competitor. But we were back in less than an hour and bought mattresses and pillows.
Great experiences with everyone at RTB in Scottsdale. Incredibly patient and took the time necessary to help me find the office chair that fit my needs. Its nice to be able to walk into a store and work with a knowledgeable salesperson who truly is looking out for my best interest.
Service was courteous, polite and very helpful.
Delivery and set up for my chair went very smoothly.
