I live in Birmingham, Alabama. The Relax the Back Owner, Manager and Sales Professional was Bob Duncan. I have visited Bob's store two times prior to today. Each time, he took time to clearly explain the pros and cons of each model of Human Tough Zero Gravity chairs. I enjoyed seeing all the products available in 2024 that were on display, especially the zero gravity massage chair which I wanted and was able to become familiar with the various settings to make a more informed decision before purchasing the chair. Mr Duncan was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. It was worth the 2 hour drive to Vestavia Hills or B’Ham. The delivery process was much longer than necessary.
