I enjoyed seeing all the products available in 2024 that were on display, especially the zero gravity massage chair which I wanted and was able to become familiar with the various settings to make a more informed decision before purchasing the chair. Mr Duncan was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. It was worth the 2 hour drive to Vestavia Hills or B’Ham. The delivery process was much longer than necessary. I was shopping for a “wedge pillow” for an upcoming sinus surgery. Post op instructions were to my head to be elevated. The salesman was excellent in directing me to the product that I needed. I have since used the product and it was exactly what I needed for recovery .
