I knew exactly what I wanted so contacted Bob, the owner/ salesperson by phone to place my order. He was so helpful and informative that I ended up purchasing 2 sets( instead of the one I’d intended) of the travel lite seat cushion and backrest) for both my son and his wife. I’ve had mine for 14 years and love it!!!
