I enjoyed personalized service from a knowledgeable staff. The store manager made it seamless and so easy to find the perfect thing for my back. I have slept well for the first time in over a year because the right recliner was chosen for me. I highly recommend this store and their products!!!!

I live in Birmingham, Alabama. The Relax the Back Owner, Manager and Sales Professional was Bob Duncan. I have visited Bob's store two times prior to today. Each time, he took time to clearly explain the pros and cons of each model of Human Tough Zero Gravity chairs. Before I ever went in the store, I did my usually intense Due Diligence on the luxury products I consider. I take my purchases seriously.
