Bob at Relax the Back was wonderful to deal with on my purchase of a second Hale Premier Zero Gravity chair. I previously purchased one of these chairs in 2016 for my late husband who had back issues but later gave it to my brother who is still using it. I’m having my own back issues now and decided I wanted one. I did the whole purchase over the phone with Bob. He kept me updated about the status of the chair via text. So far OK. if the chairs aren't delivered as soon as told then I will be unhappy and have to change my evaluation score.

I enjoyed personalized service from a knowledgeable staff. The store manager made it seamless and so easy to find the perfect thing for my back. I have slept well for the first time in over a year because the right recliner was chosen for me. I highly recommend this store and their products!!!!
