Bob is great! He knows the products inside and out. A lifeform chair is a big investment, Bob walked me through all of the options and helped me figure out what worked best for my ideal chair. The store is very inviting and low pressure. Will be back for a zero gravity recliner in the future!

There was a problem with one of the chairs we ordered. Bob came to our house a day after I called him; he identified the problem and ordered the part. He then came by again to install the new part. The only concern I have (not related to him) is that it took almost three weeks for the part to be shipped to him. I would have expected in the days of FedEx that it would have taken a few days at most. I also ordered a new chair./ Bob brought it to my office and showed me how to adjust it. Always with a smile! The main issue with the shipping time on the part was actually the engineers trying to figure out if the part could be replaced or if a whole new chair needed to be sent. The Anthros is the most comfortable chair i have ever sat on. It is worth every dollar spent.
