Contacted Bob via the online chat feature and he was fantastic. I actually visited the Nashville store and was totally disappointed in the owners assistance. Bob from Birmingham , AL did a fantastic job. I actually bought a chair and plan on buying another one from Bob.
Bob was very informative and patient w my questions and my wish to try out quite a few models. It was an excellent experience and I will be buying a chair for sure.!
