I was referred by my physical therapist to purchase a cushion. Bob,owner of Relax my back, spent a lot of time with me to find the correct cushion. I found the perfect cushion. I’ll return to purchase another one to keep in the car so I won’t forget it when I travel . I was curious about the other products too. His shop sells desk chairs, recliners and beds for orthopedic issues. Bob explained each item. He is knowledgeable of orthopedic issues. The shop is off of 31. It has very easy parking. I bought the back pad and it was adjusted to fit my back. I am very happy with it. The gentleman who helped me was very good.

Bob was incredibly knowledgeable about all things back related. If I had only visited Relax the Back first, before buying a Sleep Number bed, I would have saved myself a lot of time and about 2 months of poor sleep. I'm glad I found his store and am already planning on buying another bed for our lake house.

Bob at Relax the Back was wonderful to deal with on my purchase of a second Hale Premier Zero Gravity chair. I previously purchased one of these chairs in 2016 for my late husband who had back issues but later gave it to my brother who is still using it. I’m having my own back issues now and decided I wanted one. I did the whole purchase over the phone with Bob. He kept me updated about the status of the chair via text. He delivered it to me at a much lower cost than if I had ordered online and instructed me on the operation... read more
