Charged me $175 (the base diagnostic charge) to tell me I needed a new radiator cap which, of course, they didn't have in stock. My oil change and tire rotation ended up taking over 3 hours. Will go to Jiffy Lube the next time

I would give the a negative -1 for communication. They had my vehicle for four days and anytime I called to get an update they would not return my call. Their work was done great

It shouldn't take over 2 hours to do an oil change and a tire rotation especially when you have an appointment. And on top of that three people that came in after me left before me and then I had to over 2 hours later go check on my car and find out that it's waiting for me out in the parking lot and nobody told me.

An oil change took 1 3/4 hours. I asked them to check the pressure in the tires and as I left the parking lot a low pressure light came on for one of them.

I was not pleased with the Zaktek job received. They gave it a substandard wash and just applied the coating over whatever didn't come off. Not pleased. Waste of money for the Zaxtek.

Scheduled an appointment and waited about hour and a half to have to leave with no oil change. Was told it would be about 45 minutes for the oil change upon arrival.

The customer service I received was horrible and the price was way too high for what was actually done to my car.
