I had an appointment. When I showed up they told me they took too many walk ins and they couldn't get me in at my appointment time. They did say it would be done by end of business day, but that is rediculous being it was just an oil change and I had an appointment. They should have placed me in front of all the walk ins otherwise there is no reason to waste my time making an appointment.
I changed my oil on Friday. My engine was broken on Monday. They forgot put new oil. We need new engine. Bad bad experience.
Tried them again as I got a flyer for a special. Arrived. Asked them how much she said $125 plus cabin filter, etc. I said that I didnt need that so take off. I then get a bill for $295. Right.
Technicians are nice but the problem still isnt solved. They say its the Apple car play but its not. My stereo and electronics still freeze up. Now I have to go AGAIN to have them look at it AGAIN. Not to hopeful either. Its a brand new car!!!! As a mom of three, I do not have time to run to the dealership and let them have my car without them even giving me a loaner car. I have researched and apparently my trailblazer its not the only one doing this, so obviously its a problem that needs address.
Wore me out with this that and the other. Not a simple process by any means.
I had made an appointment.when I arrived the gentleman told me an hour to an hour and a half. I ended up there for two hours and asked how much longer he said give me a minute and an hour later at 3 hours my car was finished.I dont understand why I even made an appointment.
I charge for an oil change that never got done
Went in for a scheduled service at 8:15 AM and didnt receive my vehicle back until 11:30AM for a 15k mile inspection, oil change, and diagnostic on my faulty Cruise Control Systems. Also didnt even consider asking for my warranties but happy and ready to charge me for a service not scheduled.
